Here we answer the most asked questions we hear from our customers and provide the best answers we can. Q. How can I contact you by phone?
A. We do not currently offer our phone number online, we suggest that you search this FAQ, or our manuals section if you have questions, and if you can not find an answer to your questions please email us, we make responding to email a priority of ours to ensure questions are answered as quick as possible.
Q. How long will it take for my package to arrive?
A. Our shipping cut off each day is 11:00am PST, and shipping only occurs on business days (Monday-Friday).
- This means that if you order a package on Tuesday at 12:00pm it will not leave our warehouse until the following day, Wednesday.
- Likewise, if you order a package Saturday, it will not leave until Monday.
To go into some more in depth examples:
- If you were to order with the "USPS Priority Mail (2-3 Days)" service on Monday at 10:00am PST, it is likely to show up Wednesday or Thursday if transit goes smoothly.
- A package ordered Thursday at 2:00pm PST with "UPS Next Day Air (1 business day)" would not leave our warehouse until Friday, and because shipping does not occur on weekends, you would not receive your package until Monday.
*We do not ship out on US or Canadian Holidays.
Q. I received my package today and I have realized that I accidentally ordered the wrong part, what should I do?
A. The first thing we recommend you do is to go online and order the correct part that you wanted from us. Then follow the return instructions on your packing slip and send the unused part back to us, and we will be happy to accept it and give you a refund for the product.
